The more people that "sign up" for this, or similar, agencies, the greater the incentive (or necessity) for employers to use their services. I see this as a Good Thing. (Even if my idea has been pinched!)
Bear in mind also that an employer forks out considerably more than the paid salary for the services of an employee. It's generally worthwhile using agency staff for short or medium term staff if it's equal or even slightly more expensive.
