Very easy.... you could read the Add Job section
and
Note the pay levels : No advert will be posted that falls below the pay guides for the level of responsibility. The pay levels are based on Local Goverment Scales and are complemented by the IFA pay guides.
simple but strict.
I am slightly concerned at the implication that somehow I am now 'closing ranks' - [:0] and I am afraid I am working on networking my home computers just now, not talking with Peter... so I am afraid it is indeed concidence... apology accepted.
If an organisation has been found failing ( I take it you know why the RAO status happened? ) - I can hardly stike them off if a) they are trying to change b) they have met the criteria for advertising.
I will say this once more... I do not see anyone as guilty before I have seen anything to the contrary... that is called being fair. IF.... and I mean IF I find that they have been willfully misleading people that they are an RAO then I will pass this on to the IFA, and it will have consequences And I will say publically that when I asked them in an off the cuff way, they answered that they were not.
But this is not a kangaroo court. Ofte I find that there is a mistake, an accident.. or a perfectly rational explanation... and when pointed out... it is sorted.
I can only operate within paramaters... and I sure as hell don't do anything without ammunition.... OR the whole story.
INNOCENT until PROVED GUILTY not the other way round
Another day another WSI?
Quote:quote:4: Do you have any responsibility for the jobs you advertise?
BAJR does try to keep an eye on what is going on... it is quite often like the proverbial swan with a gentle glide on the surface and a frantic paddling beneath. I am grateful to the 157 companies that advertise through BAJR for their support and help in maintaining a standard. The jobs you never see are ones that pay beneath the BAJR set pay levels or have conditions that are not in keeping with the IFA Codes and Conducts that BAJR not only recommends as a standard, but more importantly upholds.
