HUM site related grub. Id say the humble scotch egg, one of the finer pork products.
Also I reckon if there was ever an olympic sport that involved making a sandwhich in a muddy tea hut with dirty hands balancing the bread, marg and filling on yer knees while holding a cup of coffee and roll up archaeologists would win hands down.
I also have a heatlh and safty question. You know those burners you have in site huts that heat the water in kettles, they have to be the most dangerous piece of equipment on any site. How many times have we all mud skated to the boiling kettle nearly spilling it. Do you need some form of hot license as I know the developers need em for their sites huts.
Close enough for a country job!
