Thanks for the complement that I sound like Blakey. Have you seen the Grimleys?
If disciplinary action from the IFA is to mean something then the IFA must carry it out with due care, which in my opinion they do, as a last resort. What I think everybody wants is a situation where good archaeology by good archaeologists is rewarded appropriately and that is the norm.
How we get there is something worthy of discussion even if the likes of you and me will never (or very rarely) agree.
So lets end this thread which I strated as a piece of infomation.
