Actually you wil find that the wages offered are pretty bleedin good... (hence the BAJR approved... ) The grades looked for represent the level of ability... the wage offered is shall we say.. a darn site more.. and I mean more... )

The Grades represent the minimum requirements for a persons ability ... and a minimum pay for that level of responsibility... People can pay more... and this is a case in point.
