I do of course heartily applaud all involved in pushing this forwards but....
junior building site labourers wouldnt get out of bed for what we describe as a living wage.As most units see us as labourers anyway, can we at least have the wage of a labourer until we can persuade employers to both market and remmunerate us as the highly motivated and multi-skilled qualified and professional workforce that we really are?
