Have to say that all archaeological tool supplers are going to be a part time job or an on the side job given the margins so I am not surprised things have gone wrong. A 10% margin on p&p is not bad by ebay standards.

PS having looked at getatrowel web page I have changed my mind about them. There is nothing to say who they actually are. Equally I find some of the claims to be a bit over the top.
They are asking for sponcors/ advertisers and claim 100,000k hits per year. They also say "GAT is also a hub for useful information for archaeology and will become an important resource
in the future for social networking within the discipline.."
I would therefore be grateful if getatrowel could give us more details of this and what they intend.
