I'm getting 'heated up' because a company which I paid for goods did not deliver; and it was a larger order than just a trowel (so please lay off the condescension when you don't know all the facts). Suffice to say that much more has gone on than I have actually aired on this forum, and none of it suggests that Ian and Get a Trowel are ............. (edit by Peter Wardle)
I have given them plenty of opportunity to put right this situation, but now they are even refusing to refund the money I paid for goods which I did not receive. What's not to get heated up about?! Am I to happily lose my money to this company?? Yeah, I'll just go sit in the taverna and let them rip me off... If they are a decent company and this is an unfortunate blip on their wonderful record for customer service, why are they not even refunding me?? Why are they ignoring PayPal??
I can't be the only person who is in this situation, and if none of us are even to get our money back, then I think people should be aware; especially when, as Uncle Andy pointed out, the BAJR forum has been an arena for promoting them in the past...
I now have to travel 30 minutes each way to reach the nearest internet cafe to pursue this with PayPal because they don't deal with anything over the phone, and if I don't keep in touch with them they presume that the claim is resolved and close the case, meaning that I lose my money. This is time that I could spend in the taverna (thanks for the suggestion; why didn't I think of that?), so wouldn't you be heated up if, after a long day of digging in the heat, you had to drag your ass to the nearest town, queue for a computer, then drag your ass back again just to make sure that some dodgy company doesn't rip you off.
