Sure.

If however enough persons are willing to take up an issue such as subsistence, enough persons could also form together as a union branch. I believe that (unless the company employs a very small number of staff) a positive vote by staff, would mean the company has to recognise the trade union.

I'm sure the Diggers Forum/Prospect forum could give more advice. Or maybe there is a BAJR guide....maybe there ought to be a BAJR guide.
