Seems to me following
HE6.1-2
that planning application forms currently being used should be modified to include a statement on the “archaeologyhistoric environment”. Heres a current form that mentions biodiversity and “geological conservation” but nothing on heritage matters.

They probably also need a statement on climate change and sustainability….
I logged into the Planning Portal which seems to a centralised planning application portal
http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/
and their application list does not mention archaeology/historic environment

Does anybody know of any planning authority areas which do mention archaeology/historic environment in the planning application forms.
HE6.1-2
Quote::relevant historic environment record should have been consulted and the heritage assets themselves should have been assessed using appropriate expertise where necessary given the application’s impact.
