I agree with both of your posts but your second discussion firmly underlines attitudes and issues which the IfA should be tackling. Unfortunately, due to the grades of the majority of the IfA commitee, the archaeological managerial hegenomy and its the prevailing attitudes, these problems are viewed as issues personal of dissenters, and not worth worrying about.
I suspect that the individuals on whose posts you are commenting hold senior positions and unwittingly hold these views, or wittingly...
