Have talked to loads of construction guys over the years about this and half of them seem to spend most of their time getting stressed about where they can park the caravan etc etc, plus there's the inconvenience of having all your stuff nicked all the time. The ones living in accom. blocks on the job usually seem most chilled, and they're usually s***e! I've seen what plenty of places are like that diggers have sorted for themselves to 'save some money', no wonder a lot of them are quite so b****y miserable. Lot easier and usually makes for a better atmosphere in my experience if the employer sorts something decent for everyone - although actually camping on site was always the best for a fun social life
