to the maximum comparator salaries and removing the top and bottom 25%. This would give
the following ‘reasonable’ ranges:
PIfA level responsibilities ?18,090 - ?19,646.
AIfA level responsibilities ?24,631 - ?28,210
MIfA level responsibilities ?30,563 - ?36,854.
