I did indeed.. apologies... there are a few places where people harvest adverts
I am sure that its a good way of getting people... nothing different from the old email list.. or the more cumbersome.. phoning round... However, it does mean that there is no protection anymore from employers...
recently I turned down one advertiser as they refused to divulge any pay rate... which I found... ahem.. odd..... and another, that made... ah.. a small mistake in the rate... and bumped it up accordingly. Am I worried.. not so much for me... I provide a service tthat is pretty damn cheap... and trusted. What I do worry about is the equivalent of the bloke who appears out of an alley... "ere... wanna, job? walk this way... " and then I get the emails from the fallout.
But ... if diggers swap news... then fair play... its not new.
I do often end up with people who have done just that... :face-approve: and then contact me to find out... how the contract can be so cunningly written that they are shafted... :0
But I thought it would be ok... is a normal first line. :face-huh:
Choices ... if I had a choice... I would trust a BAJR advert...
