RE Your right not only is scheduling slow its also involves membership of the Knight Templers, the Salvation Army and you have to go to sessions with that bloke from formula one. But I think that there is a possible way round it. It seems to me that along the lines of Citizens Arrest that we can go around doing Citizens Scheduling. This might not be instantaneous but on a A4 sheet of paper, a small location diagram showing where the place/object is and some reason like Its important and anyway there is bound to be some environmental evidence that will tell us something about the past (possible Doner kebab would perfect) And give it a number in case you do more than one Citizens Schedule a day although you could argue that the location is unique enough. I don?t think that you have to tell anyone special or put a sign up but presumably you have to send a copy to the current owner. Exactly the one we are after. A first class stamp will get it there on the same day as a second. Include a match.
