You are right mpoole non grasp of the topic but am sure that I am not good at the reading.
the landowner can say I want the copyright to any archaeology undertaken on their land that fact that the condition is placed upon their planning consent and they are the commissioning party might start looking like it should be automatic unless otherwise stated.
Can we all agree that all archaeological products, graphics context sheets photographs could be copyright to a digger?
