Fortunately there is only one such Unit, and they are always welcome to discuss returning - IF they abide by the terms and conditions of advertising (which sadly they refused to enter into discussion about - after a few attempts at communication I gave up) Thre are many smaller groups that also don't normally advertise, and also some companies that have a pool they can rely on.

I was on the BEnchmarking working party three years back now, and it ws agreed that teh disparity was around 23% behind (though up to over 45% for some posts) for comparable industries. Still no move yet. Though the crash did not help. Still BAJR did add 2% this year - putting neck on line again.
