I admit that my knowledge base of Archaeology is limited to the Time Team and the Discovery channel but even I can accept the importance of this subject, not just in historical value but in modern day practice such as forensics.
Just another thought and not trying to make personal insults. I seem to remember reading somewhere that Alan Melton had a bad experience whilst working as a brickie, could be he contracted an allergic reaction to trowels, if not, maybe he could get one out the shed and muck in, who knows he may even learn something.
