I apologise in advance Kiwi12 and Nell 23 but I get acused of hijacking threads and I do have my own adendas going on. Currently I am very anti salaries and the ifa and behind it is that I think that archaeology should be based on copyright. The truth is that the ifa is geared to archaeologists who somehow call themselves archaeologists but dont rely on the bread and butter of filling in a context sheets. At the very least the IFA is a limited company and its workers dont work on short intermittant sites. I presume that you were filling in context sheets. I would see that as my copyright and if I was in dispute with somebody I would see it as my right to withdraw my copyright from them. Did you sign any documents related to copyright. I ask this although even if you didnt the ifa would probably claim that the copyright that you produced rests with the company, if not the owner of the site.
