Sorry! My wording was a little ambiguous. Minimum wage law is concerned that people are paid minimum for the hours which count as time work, including traveling during the working day. It is not clear if the defanition of work time for minimum wage purposes extends in law to people who are recieving more than minimum but are recieving less than there actual work time.
