As Dino says. you want a job... you get a CSCS Card and a Licence.
Call ti a small investment in your future. IfA membership you can consider. there should be more of an incentive less of a stick.
it might help you get a job as a digger on a short term contract but it will not be enough to get you that long term job which involves writing reports, interpretting the data and being an archaeologist
If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers
