Aside from the legal regulations that govern employment agencies , BAJR would have to consider how to engage staff, almost certainly based upon a test of qualification and experience. He might also have to apportion prospective job seekers into categories or grades based upon those qualifications and experience, so as to maximise their earning potential. He could also come up with a snappy title for the agency that demonstrates how advanced his agency is over any other...maybe something like 'In Front Archaeologists'... .he'd have to be careful though in case the agency was ever reduced to just its initial letters ... just pondering on a sunny day!
