So you see you cant escape liability. Maybe that's it, maybe the bajr public insurance should be dedicated solely covering accidents in which trowels are involved. What we need is an actuarial probability to work out the premiums. Presumably that would cost to descover.
I am not sure how much the public would want if they did happen to lose their eyesight to your big digging stick. I imagine that the insurers would put the details about loss of sight somewhere in the small print.
