I don't see why that would be so, the scots do everything through the remembrance concept which seems unique to them and miserable as it is. It is not as if the future Scotland is a signatory to the Valetta convention and the uk (or is it) is and England does not have a licencing system. Maybe Scotland leaving will make all the signatures made by the uk void, including Valetta.. Should be that if Scotland leaves what is left of the uk has to renegotiate lots of stuff with Europe.
What might be more relevant is the repatriation of Scottish artefacts to Scotland and collections made by real Scottish but held in the rest of the united kingdom. And theres the stone of scones which was given back to the real Scots back in 1996 after being in England since the 1200s. Presumably all the real scots will start claiming that its real.
