you should expect an investigation and a decision from the ro committee if there is a case to answer and that will depend on the evidence submitted and the answer given to the enquiry. if it is supported by multiple statements from employees that demonstrate the ro is playing fast and loose you should expect the ro to be asked to put its house in order or be removed from the register.
If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers
