I understand how the process works.
As far as I can tell they have broken no CIfA Code of Conduct or any law so really there will be no case to answer and CIfA will carry on as before and exploitation, whatever form it takes, will continue because really I do not believe that CIfA has any real power to influence employment conditions or the balls to stand up against the RAO's on employment issues. This will just end being yet another demonstration that this is true and I will regret sticking my head above the parapet.
