i would very much be in favour of ensuring that although the work we do is based upon the freely given time and experienc of people, that the ethos remains as a non exploitative resource, where some individuals will not loose too much of their free time, whilst others are protective of their own in relation to how the industry will develop whilst unaware of the active partisipants imputus to this new move.
we need recognition from the silent of ongoing indexed time, labour and efforts.
although principally within the groups.
a notion of disregard = loss of active partispation.
if this is going to be a serious facility within the broader heritage community then we need to be active or just aware partisipants.
but again amesties for re-engagement and reintegration on a regular (quaterly) basis.
