1- Not to treat site staff as paid idiots, i.e. listen to what staff tell about the site.
2- Be open minded with their strategy, i.e. if you have more features than anticipated, change the plan of action to accomadate the extra work.
3- No site drum-head trials and summary executions of staff who argue back, you don't get any work out of dead staff.
4- Ice cream provided when the weather turns hot!
