IfA bashers are they the opposite of the BAJR bashers
perhaps now, the IfA and BAJR (the new BAJR Federation) can put aside these past differences and work well together. It is a very encouraging document, and will need to be followed up with real action. Action I would support 100%, and hope you all would too.
Remember though that a strong organisation can take having a mirror held up to it, I personally have grown as a person over the past 10 years, with BAJR, being pulled up, having my mistakes pointed out, and having some nasty things thrown in my direction, --- the mark of a real organisation is to look at critisisms and ask why.. and then if there are real concerns.. to take it on the chin, admit mistakes and get on.
Another word for those who have battered and done there best to take out BAJR over the past decade... not bashers.. but helpers.. who make BAJR what it is now.. the same can be said for the IfA. Much of what is said is perhaps misplaced, or misunderstood.. and the IfA will have learned lessons from it... as to ignore or stifle any form of critisism is to listen only to 'good news'.
THis forum allows for free open and frank debate like no other... and thus praise can be given and critisism also in equal measure without accusation of bashing.
Well done IfA - It would be intersting to see if the IfA would praise BAJR
