I used to be indecisive but now I am just unsure....
It is bad enough having one sided collective bargaining but worse still it being imposed retrospectively.
The planning officers have just published a survey see

of the reduction of applications in the last year.
What archaeological companies need is certainty and flexibility. In the real world pay cuts and short time wroking are seen as better alternatives to redundancy. Why is archaeology any different?
