Wow, someone's really working hard on this, keep up the good work! And thanks.

have to agree with Dr. Wardle on the point about the "heritage industry" though, not sure it's the best phraseology - it is meant to be the "archaeological" jobs resource. But you have to get across the point that this is not an exclusive club, but one that is open to anyone from anywhere. So hmmm, time to ponder that one!
