suffolk/norfolk mostly at the mo. I like to invoice at the point where they cant do without me. I find it helps make them pay (for something that I wouldnt pay a thing for). I dont advise anybody to destroy "the" archaeology and never have. It would not make sense. From the outset I advise them that "the" archaeology belongs to them, often comes as quite a shock after the way the pension grabbers talk to them. It helps clarify in their mind the confusion between archaeology being a doing word and archaeology as an object that can be owned after the event. What I tell them after that currently is a trade secret although to keep up my darkside cred it includes why I insist that I am not on anybodies prefered contractor list (including bajrs <BAJR EDIT-- interesting way of seeing it). There seems to be a lot of these lists around in these woods. Its all about ownership...
