MIFA? Good grief sir, I must take offence! I am a professional field archaeologist and as such would never consider such a slur! No, I`m simply going to apply to join at affiliate level. I do support and wholeheartedly agree with the standards/guidelines/codes of practise etc of said organisation and I believe that if we all signed up to them (at affiliate level) we would have more than a slim chance of seeing real change within our lifetimes! Quid pro quo- we join them-agree en masse to work to/uphold IFA standards and they actually do something.Cool.Lets do it.
p.s-my loyalties will always lay with the archaeology and with those who put archaeology before profit and muppetry. Have no fear sir, I`ve not finished yet.......

All for you (and everyone else) joining Troll, but would you re-consider about the level of membership? Affiliates don't have voting rights at the meetings as its not a full corporate membership.

I would also encourage you to join as a full corporate member - at whatever grade is appropriate to your qualifications/experience (P, A or M) - rather than as an affiliate.
