All I want is a new and fair pay scheme that allows at least 3-5 years of above inflation rises with a multi level payscale that can be moved up instead of the one rung ladder concept... Is that too much...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD... is it tttttttoooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhhhh ...

oh...er...and..cough I would also like the new Peter Andre single

If it's a present you are looking for for that hard-to-buy archaeologist, could I recommend the 4 bottles for £5 offer at your local Morrisons store, especially if they stock Adnams Broadside.
I was also in a Weatherspoons pub in Norwich today and they were selling the one and only, totally spiffing, 'Thomas Hardy Ale' (OG 12%) in specially numbered bottles. Just for a moment I did consider whether my marriage could survive cancelling the holiday to Oz to spend the rest of this year in Chez Weatherspoons.....
Then again there is always socks, an archaeologist can never have too many socks.....

That sort of quality may be fine for a consultant but it wouldn't last a field archaeologist the winter.

Sorry Sparky, things not quite that bad. Kevin, you can always argue that you can't get that Ale in OZ so need to stock up before you go. Where in OZ you off to? I also promise not to mention the cricket[8D]
