Unit of 1. Amusing as your clueless forays into planning law are, Listed building consent and conservation area consent were free anyway, for reasons that I'm not going to explain. Try the Planning Portal for more info or RTPI perhaps. Or the ladybird book of Planning Law, or Planning Law for Dummies. Or 'phone a planner but not today or Friday as they'll be out on site visits. Try when it's raining. Bye.
Oh, Scotland has it's own planning system, as do the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Wales, Jersey and the Moon. Are you quoting for work in these areas?

Whats the planning process on the Moon? I was thinking of building a holiday home. Is the Big Cheese still the guy to get in touch with?
Thanks in advance (Moon time units)

Ah, I have often wondered about doing Lunar Archaeology. Some footprints of giant leaps, I guess, and a few battered flags. Good to know they have their own planning system!

They use the 1app system as uin England of course. Just fill out the form (on planning portal) and send it to me along with your fee. I've got land for sale too, with planning permission and no pesky archaeology or enviro conditions - in fact no enviro conditions at all
It's £1000 a hectare. Cheques payable to V Vulpes Esq.
