Well as soon as the manufacturer tells me the launch date - I will tell you! hopefully very soon, although it may be as late as April/May (hopefully not).
The Battifero is something we will be adding soon too, so can you all kindly give me more feedback on these?

Nice to see these new trowels travelling around the country, people should take pictures of every site the trowel visits across the country/world, would be fun to see where they travel to.

Plenty in UK archaeology to be chuffed about sire! For me, I`m over the moon that I have`nt managed to put my thermal undies on back to front for ages.No hideous panic in the portaloo cos someones nicked me dangly bits!

Hello all,
I was moved by your last comment, "Its so good to feel good about someting in UK archaeology [again]" It's true, we, as a profession, have become a whinging lot, and true also, we have a lot to moan about.
But, I am so so pleased that the makers of the WHS trowel have listened to the concerns of field archaeologists, and done something about the atrocious amendments made a few years ago to our beloved trowel.

Oh yeah...bit more feedback...
One of our ladies asked if we could have the original handle back.The good old original WHS was longer and thicker.Not going to get into a "girth" diatribe here
but-she`s right! Anyone fancy designing one that beeps when one whistles at it? Bit sick of havin mine buried! Have been thinking about photos for the getatrowel empire...watch this space...101 things one can achieve with a WHS?? Fwohohohohohoh!This could be entertaining.I will send Avril off to the next eager pedochromic exfoliator this weekend.They may smell a hint of my aftershave on her but hey, no worries.Luvverly curves.
