I agree with Monty + its the ideal time when folks are unfortunately out of work to think about gaining the skills they lacked before.
I,m proof of this as I have recently got 1 certificate in computer literacy and am well on the way to getting one at the next level.
All usefull skills in the workplace I can now offer employers for when the recession is really over!!!!:face-approve::face-approve:
