There is no competition to video giant David C
but we have a product over here in the States called
Rite-in-Rain paper which is produced in notebook, paper sheets, and graph paper format with similar properties to the Chartwell item.
Enjoyed the spot.

No wonder you enjoy it that was evidently filmed in the Bahamas during a tropical storm - look at all those exotic palm-type trees everywhere. Must have a budget of millions!

To be honest, and well spotted, it was filmed in my island base in the south pacific, a lovely little hollow volcano with one previous owner a mr sacaramanga.
