Rumours seeping out of Bedfordshire of another redundancy bloodbath... Those of us with long memories remember 1997 when it was "unfortunate" that so many of the most experienced field staff were laid off. It seems to be happening again.

I should make it clear, I don't know all the details, but what I do know is a bit[:0]Sad

Not cheering news... but not again unexpected.

More than ever, we have to prepare for the worst, understand why, protect what we can, with strong and realistic arguement, and realise... this is how it will be.
