Couldn't agree more Troll. The Digger has proved an invaluable institution. But perhaps people are just sending off their cheques quietly?

Agreed-that may be the case.I was kind of hoping to formalise some sort of system whereby the Digger did`nt have to struggle on random donations.Some form of subscription would`nt go amiss here....just a little taken aback at the lack of suggestions.....

I just think it`s a bit daft that an important voice like the mighty Digger has to survive on donations alone.The IFA once proudly announced that they financially supported the Digger.....

The Digger could ask people to send stamps in addition to/instead of donations. Sending stamps will obviously help them post out the newsletter and some people might prefer to send stamps rather than money.
