I have sent another email to them... asking for them to come here and/or contact you.. plus get the orders to you right away.
I hope this is not the end, but unless they look after the customer.. then they could be heading down a very dark road.

Thanks again BAJR Host. They're clearly struggling big time, if not in complete meltdown already...

Hi
We are replying to every user individually now and about to update the site to explain things. There is no availability to call us; we cannot receive calls and voicemails are not being received, this will be resolved too.
All orders up to the end of April are dispatched now and the May orders are being sent out tomorrow.
Those of you who have requested refund will get them if still required.
Personal problems have caused the dispatch issues but the lack of communication is abhorrent and I apologise profusely. The dispatch and stock management is being handed over this week as our current situation has not been managable. A number of personal events have caused massive disruption here and impacted on customers too much. We dont want this sort of thing to impact upon you, so we are investing in a faster, more efficient solution.
I apologise unreservedly and ashamed at how disappointed our customers are, we have prided ourselves on speed and honesty in the past, and it pains me to read this thread.
As I said, all orders are coming out now and should be with you any day.
Thanks,
Ian
Ian

I hope people can accept that apology, and I hope more that they get the trowels.
Shall we call this matter closed now...

Right, happy as I was 8 days ago, my order still has not arrived. Despite all Ian from Get a Trowel's promises and assurances, absolutely nothing has changed except that now they are making promises to their customers that they clearly cannot keep. I just want the order I paid for over a month ago and promised to me last week; is that so much to ask for?!
I didn't cancel my order because, as everyone read here, all UK orders were going in the post immediately. I leave the UK on Saturday and I'm unbelievably frustrated and angry with this whole situation...
Ian, assure me that my order will arrive this week... please?!!

I want to thank Ian at Get a Trowel for his e-mail, and hopefully I'll be able to report tomorrow that my order has arrived.
