You might want to put the scrolling jobs above Employment, Education & Directory .... maybe stress the fact that they are the latest jobs here (not just top right corner)as the newest of the new will always be at the top of the scroll bar (does this make sense?). You might want to play around with the font size of the individual jobs but if they're a bit higher then people will see - definitely a good idea as folk can scroll quickly and pick out what is relevant to them.
Graphics look pretty good to me .... might you want to try a coloured backdrop for the top bar? Also the date on the left isn't that clear.
still looks good to me though ....

Overall the new design is clear and neat. Scrolling jobs I agree with Chris' comments. A couple of minor points.
You seem to have changed the name from "British Archaeological Jobs Resource" to "British Archaeological Jobs and Resources". Cheeky!
Also does it need to say 'BAJR 2.5?'. Surely a newcomer to the site doesn't need to know it is the 'two-and-a-halfth' version (whatever that means). Perhaps you can put the version number at the bottom of the page and leave the top heading as just BAJR.
Nice to see Oz back in circulation.
Happy New Year to all by the way.

Cheers .... the 'and' comes from needing to show that BAJR is more than just jobs...
the 2.5 is an affectation I suppose... it is a bit of fun with the Web 2.0 technologies that I am playing with just now... and moving it up a notch...
will look more at the scrolling jobs... I should have altered it to the top... maybe I forgot to upload!
Thanks for all the comments... this is supposed to easy for people to use... and so I need to know what people do or do not like... cheers!
