Ah the sites where they did not bother with the sacrifces those are the ones we never hear of again, where the wrath of the gods' obliterated them from the space time continium.
A splash of ketchup or even a bit of spilt tea is enough to satisy the local spirits so in general the gods are reasonably happy on most sites. Difficult to set up a control site with no calling on the gods in time of stress and ultra hygine to ensure no valuable fluids are spilt in liabation. Friday buns and biscuits count as a sacrrifice to the restless spirits (imagine the results of doing away with that tradition).:0

Is that what happened to Babylons 1-4, too clean? Far too prosaic.....could explain all those sites where I've not been able to find anything though, presumably all the archaeology disappeared along with the careless and not sufficiently gods-fearing Antiquarians who came before.... :0

Everyone knows that Doctor Who is a documentary, filmed in the basements of the National Museum Wales, that their 'holdings' are really all the artefacts gathered already by someone whose funding is from extra-terrestrial sources. Cutting a chicken with a light saber is unnecessary, it only requires use of the forks.
I'd get my coat but it's too early to go home.

You won't be saying that when they're got you bent backwards over the Alter Stone while the head guy gets his knife nice and sharp for daring to desecrate their holy places by digging holes in them! :0

Druid walks into a bar, looks about confused seeing the 20th century dress and says.
'Eh? this isn't the 1st century Ad, I must be living my life backwards again.'

You know I've been practising with a longsword for 20 years or so. I don't think a bunch of skirt wearing, sickle brandishing acolytes would have the hits to stand against my mighty weapon (oo er)...unless of course they cheat and cast a 'spell' on me.:face-stir:

Carbon fibre, high density foam, latex and isoflex please! But wooden, metal foam, the principle is the same, just the target locations are different
