Good to know that you are sorted.
Just to clarify I will sort out introductions for students looking for a placement or a university looking to develop an exchange program. Exchanges which maybe of interest to the Emerald community would be horticulture, agriculture, equestrian, geology, archaeology, and generally all disciplines that support mining.

Thanks for your concern, but I'm in France renovating stone buildings for the next six months. I was in Emerald for the drought and left before the floods started in 2008. As a family we are in regular contact with friends out there, its a very close communtity even when your thousands of miles away.

hi sorry taken me so long to write this reply but I misplaced my log in details. I just want to say thank you to everyone who offered advice and help. I enjoyed two weeks placement with Wessex at the start of June and am currently about half way through a six month placement with CPAT in wales. Thank you again, all your advice has been greatly appreciated.
