Oh, it was just about AD, but long enough ago for it to be a flippin' good submarine. Pressed tin with nice sharp edges, lurid sky-blue paint chock full of lead (perhaps) and a rubber cork to bung in the hole (of the submarine) to keep the bathwater out. My dad thought it was a load of crap, but he didnt understand.
