Troll's poll about professional standards addressed an important question, but comments on the thread suggest that a lot of people felt unable to vote because they didn't agree with any of the options.
Here's another attempt on the same theme, with a different set of options. My own vote would be for option 3, which is in itself a bit of an indictment:

People may be interested to know that the IfA are looking at revisions to their standards and guidance and have invited (presumably constructive) comments.
History is made by those who turn up and all that....
