At the moment there seems to be only one company hiring diggers in the UK, so every single one of us poor schlebs that got laid off due to the Credit Crunch is in competition with each other for a handful of places.
So we need cheering up.
If you know, suspect, or even dreamt that some sites might be opening up in the next month or so, post about it. It will cheer all us vagrants up...

ps. i think its pretty obvious i meant dole scroungers, not sole scroungers. Sorry all the letters have rubbed off my keyboard.

I did once get given a box of lemon soles for doing a few days work for a fish merchant in Grimsby, surely making me a sole scrounger. Sorry Plautus, I've got no news of work for you, just a weak pun.

i really wish i could !! very quiet everywhere apparently..... but im sure things will improve, this time of year is always slack...but spring and the new tax year aren't so far away.... fingers crossed ....
