Keep strong. It's worth it in the end. I last smoked a cigarette 10 years 4 months, 1 week and 12 hgours ago and haven't regretted it one bit, not for one day, not for one hour, one minute....god I want a fag!!

Well done Sir, I too am in the first throws of the non smoking brigade having smoked for a year after quiting for 2 years. I will say one thing watch out for Mr Nicotine saying in the pub..."surley 1 slim panatella wont hurt with a pint" It will and you will be doomed!

Bah! My County's going through a harsh reorganisation and I've been stuck trying to sort some of the mess out. My fag consumption's jumped from 7 a day to over 20 in the last couple of months.
Mind you, the weight's dropping off. Maybe I should market the new "worry yourself thin" diet...
