Sadly I won't be able to get to this important conference and AGM... (blinking weekend work!)
BUT... if you are an illustrator or Surveyor, and are a member... Please do try to go!
The 2010 Association of Archaeological Illustrators & Surveyors Conference will soon be upon us.. on the 3rd-5th September, in just over a weeks time.
This years AGM is particularly crucial as we will be discussing the proposed merger of the AAI&S with the IfA, and two members of the IfA council will be in attendance to join the discussions and to answer any questions that you may have.
In light of this, I would like to remind you that attending the AGM alone is completely free, and that we are currently offering discounts on the conferences costs for the rest of the weekend for students and those who are currently unemployed or finding it difficult to raise funds in order to attend. We are also offering group booking discounts, so please email me if you would like to know more.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to attend, or would like further information.
Kind Regards,
Alix Sperr
