Building on what BAJR Host says, there is an important point to bear in mind here.
Some offences are more serious than others. If we always go for the nuclear option as the sanction every time anyone is caught out in anything, we start to lose both a sense of proportion and the ability to graduate sanctions according to the seriousness of the offence.

I worked in the Middle East a few years back, and there were a couple of teams from Eastern Europe and Holland digging nearby. They were both still using the Mortimer-Wheeler boxes method. :face-confused: They couldn't understand our (single context planning) method at all. We used to argue about it a lot.
It's up to you to spread the word of how to do it properly.
